A certificate of appreciation was given to Isha for 10 years of Recording Academy membership and for “supporting the [Academy’s] mission to cultivate a more inspiring world for music and its makers.” A professional organization for artists, musicians, producers, recording engineers, labels, and music business staff, the Recording Academy is best known for presenting and hosting the Grammy Awards.

Social network LinkedIn selects Isha Edwards for ProFinder’s Best of 2016! “As we look back at 2016, we want to recognize the standout ProFinder professionals of the year. We’re proud to say [Isha’s] part of this exclusive group and [has], therefore, earned our official Best of 2016 badge,” says a company official.

The Best of 2016 badge signals Isha’s best-in-class ranking on the LinkedIn platform and spotlights her profile name, photo, and the services she provides on ProFinder. In addition to acknowledging standout expertise, the badge links the public directly to Isha’s ProFinder profile to view her skills and expertise, recommendations people have made about her services, and more.

Isha has been a member of The Recording Academy since 2009 and was issued a certificate of appreciation and recognition for supporting the Academy’s mission to “improve the environment for music and the lives of all members of [music’s] creative community.” In alignment with the Academy, Isha is dedicated to “improving the quality of life and cultural condition for music and its makers.”

May 9, 2012 – Chicago, Illinois

The University of Illinois Chicago’s College of Business Administration (CoBA) presented Isha with their Outstanding Mentor award for her commitment to the UIC community and the professional development of [CoBA] undergraduates.

November 16, 2011 – Cape Town, South Africa

Isha was presented with the League of Extraordinary Women Award by All Women Recycling PTY LTD. in Cape Town, South Africa for her work and support of the empowerment of women.

March 21, 2011 – Atlanta, Georgia
During the second annual, Women Entrepreneur Day, Isha, along with other women business owners in Georgia, was recognized by state Senator Nan Orrock and the Georgia General Assembly for valuable business contributions to the state and the national economy. The acknowledgment took place at Georgia’s State Capitol.

September 1, 2010 – Cape Town, South Africa
Isha was named U.S. Ambassador for the Entrepreneurship Incubator & Academy’s  Leadership Project in Cape Town, South Africa. In her role, Isha will train, consult, and support the efforts of local leaders to unlock their potential in a way that moves the country forward. EI’s Leadership Project is an extension of South Africa’s national Lead SA call-to-action, which entails bringing the country’s multicultural population together through citizenry, leadership, education, technological advancements, and sports.

February 23, 2010 – Chicago, Illinois
Dubbed an “outstanding alumni whose contributions in [leadership, teaching, and service] raise the stature and standing of the college”, Isha was inducted into the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Business Administration’s 2010 Alumni Leadership Academy.
